Pain and Sickness TO Health and Fitness!

This is my journey from being in chronic pain and sickness to working toward being healthy and fit. For the past three years I have been extremely sick with various illnesses and pain. And have spent about 75% of that time in bed and 90% of that time inside my home, doctors offices, or the hospital. I'm done waiting and wishing for it to get better. It's time for me to take charge of my life and do everything humanly possible become healthy and fit.

Aspens Nursery

I love these photos! My sister did such a great job capturing these sweet moments. And I'm so happy to have them.

I put a lot of thought and work into her nursery. I wanted to go with a woodland theme but I also wanted it to be modern and full of fun bright colors. I painted the animals like an Andy Warhol painting.
